Modern asphalt plant in Odessa city, Ukraine

The asphalt concrete plant based on ACS DS-158M is located on an area covering an area of 5904 m. (electronic scales), equipped with traffic lights and a video system with the identification of the license plate of the vehicle. There is a warehouse for the accumulation of non-ferrous materials, fractionally with a two-week supply.

On the territory there are 4 warehouses in the form of 40-foot containers, a large hangar with an area of 216 m, a workshop, covered parking for cars, a room for employees and security with video surveillance monitors.

Nearby is a transformer substation with a 3-phase electricity meter for 380V. In the event of a power outage, an ESTAR F450S diesel generator with a capacity of 360 kW is installed.

The asphalt plant has been designed with a circular traffic scheme, which simplifies the processes of loading, unloading, weighing, which speeds up the production process.
